Harmonious Reflections: Villas Embracing Light and Space

In the heart of Riyadh, the project stands as an ensemble of three distinct villas. The main villa, a U-shaped form, delicately embraces a central courtyard. This courtyard, like an oasis, spans two levels, bringing natural light into the deepest recesses of the building. The basement, far from being a mere subterranean space, is illuminated by this courtyard and houses essential utilities along with a generous family entertainment area, directly connected to the landscape.

Ascending from this lower level, the ground floor unfolds as a space for life to happen: a family area, a dining room, and the crown jewel—a vast reception area. Here, a belvedere emerges, detached yet intrinsically connected to the main villa through the entrance. This belvedere, a room of glass, offers a 360-degree panorama of the courtyard and surrounding gardens, turning the reception into a space of pure contemplation.

The upper levels are reserved for repose, with bedrooms perched on the first and roof floors, gazing down into the tranquility of the courtyard and beyond.

Flanking the main villa, two smaller villas sit harmoniously within the composition. Though similar in form, one shares the courtyard of the main villa, creating a dialogue between the spaces. Inside, intimate interior gardens at the ground floor level bring a piece of nature within the built form, while the terraces at the upper levels open generously to the gardens, offering moments of retreat and connection with the sky.

The entire project is a careful orchestration of light, space, and nature—a true balance of form and function, where architecture becomes the backdrop for life.
